Rachael Matthews was born out of our love for round tables.
A few years ago, we were given a beautiful round oak table by my
grandmother, and when I went to pick it up, she looked at me and said: 

‘This table has thirty years of our lives soaked into it. We’ve cried, laughed,
fought, talked, made decisions, and eaten around it. Now, it’s your turn.’

We are a wife and husband team. Rachael, a designer, Matthew a third-generation French polisher. We make beautiful, distinctive round tables hand-finished by us with modern-day French polishing techniques.
